Return & Refund
You can make a return request within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please mention your order number. The shipping for returning watches is free of charge. Once your order has been received and reviewed to ensure the return conditions are met, we will proceed with the refund.
Returns are subject to a quality control once received. Refund will take place only if the quality control is successful. Kindly note that items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, and the original packaging included.
You may track your return via the tracking number provided by our logistic partner. In order to do this, you must enter the return tracking number in the Carrier’s website. We advise you to keep your receipt until the return confirmation is received by email.

We recommend that your watch’s water-resistance be checked every year (partial service with movement check). Like every piece of precision equipment, you should have your MILUS watch serviced by an authorised watch specialist every 4 or 5 years, depending on the conditions in which it is worn. Kindly note that only retailers and after-sales service centresauthorized by MILUS are entitled to work on your watch. Any operation carried by a non-authorized service center or retailer is not covered by our International Guarantee.
